Blinkit: Grocery in minutes App Reviews

I came from Germany to visit India as part of a university program and we visited the warehouse of Grofers. My friend and I spontaneously ordered online from a team members phone, paid in the warehouse and 20 minutes later we received our order to the spot we were at that time. AMAZING! Germany does not have this kind of great service! Keep it up guys

Grofers has always impressed us with good quality products, fresh vegetables, timely delivery, and extremely courteous staff. We have been ordering for the past 4 months with nothing to complain and only compliments. Thank you Grofers for such exceptional service and keep up the good work.

Wont let me check out my order or look at my cart or do Anything without asking me to Verify My Number. When I click the verify button, nothing happens. Bad job. Really disappointed.

I had downloaded Grofers when their minimum order value wasnt absolutely ridiculous. Over time, I have seen it grow from 250 to 350, and ultimately turn into a system where you have to pay as much as 500 to some shops alone. It seems that with every update, their quality and regard for customers worsens - and the greed increases. I eventually had to switch to other grocery services.

They deliver products on timr and the customer service is great. Love Grofers.

I have been using this app for a while now. The service has been so bad lately that my last order was delayed by 48 hrs without any prior notification, citing "operational issues". Orders being delayed, getting messed up, lack of notifications, lack of response by customer service - Anything that can go wrong will go wrong with Grofers.

This app is good.. But please upload pictures of products.some product pictures are not appearing.

Not worth downloading if you live in Bandra. Literally every store in Bandra is marked closed in the middle of the day. If you call the stores directly, they will deliver within 20 minutes, free of charge. Waste of app space

Have used Grofers a bunch of times for delivery in Gurgaon. Generally a positive experience and the in-app UI is very clean. Their staff are always pleasant over the phone. Improvement opportunities around launching items only when pictures are available; not using generic pictures; Paytm integration; warnings for items that require advance orders; and improved refund management (for the one occasion where this was needed).

Love Grofers! Cannot wait until they expand globally!

Half of my ideas is missing

Very good experience. App design is great

They never deliver the products that you order. 80% of the products that you order are not available. On top of this they deliver wrong quantity - be aware.
