Terrible service, especially in Mumbai

I have been using this app for a while now. The service has been so bad lately that my last order was delayed by 48 hrs without any prior notification, citing "operational issues". Orders being delayed, getting messed up, lack of notifications, lack of response by customer service - Anything that can go wrong will go wrong with Grofers.
