Have used Grofers a bunch of times for delivery in Gurgaon. Generally a positive experience and the in-app UI is very clean. Their staff are always pleasant over the phone. Improvement opportunities around launching items only when pictures are available; not using generic pictures; Paytm integration; warnings for items that require advance orders; and improved refund management (for the one occasion where this was needed).
