Backend is all messed up. Charged double of MRP on a soap, and delivered a different product type. Customer service called and said cant help if I cannot send a picture of the item. Beware of these flash in pan companies

On a rainy day this was a delight. Grocery fruits food etc should be the main focus. Inventory is too small for now on app. Hope you guys expand!

They absolutely have changed the way Im ordering groceries now. Need to improve vegetable quality by also allowing orders from Mandi

I just loved the FTUE where the icons from the first page flew to the next page and when you reversed they played back as well! OMG! And the app is so so cool - just felt that clicking on the item should give a larger size image and also many items had no image - i want to buy spare towel for my swiper but without a pic i could not. But in all you guys have taken the UI in indian market to a whole new level - kudos to the UE team at youe company!!! Good job!

This review is based upon my multiple time of purchases with Grofers.. Hats off to the Grofers! Sweet, flowers, grocery, vegetables, baby products & lots more on my door step :) And the work force is simply Superb

The best app for grocery shopping. Smooth interface and fortunately does not lag on iOS 7.

Stop these fake reviews from your employees. Anyone can easily figure out from the language n spelling mistakes. Most of the items were not delivered but showing available on app. Many times items were altogether different from what I ordered. 90 mins delivery is a complete fake claim. I got my delivery next day with only 60% of the items I ordered. Dont go anywhere just keep waiting at home for the delivery. U never know when will they arrive. Vegetable quality was pathetic. I got better products from NatureBasket. Fake positive review. Poor quality products. Pathetic service.

Most products are not available in market!! And their delivery reps call once or twice in succession and if you dont pick up then order goes into a black hole. The rep is then never reachable. When I call them to find status they blame me for not picking up a call!!! Horrible service. Avoid at all cost

So perfectly convenient & such Clean design & aesthetics! Its really amazing to think that at this time such apps are being created for the Indian mass the quality of which match & sometimes even far surpass the American counterparts! Really impressed! Two thumbs up!!
